My Wellness Walks are customized to your needs and preferences. It could be a weekly session around your neighborhood for 30 minutes in between zooms, a longer walk around a lake, or even a hike at a favorite spot.
Even skyway walking around downtown or treadmill walking in bad weather is better than nothing!
When we combine the benefits of walking with the benefits of coaching via connection (to self, me, nature) and goal setting, we can unlock a different level of introspection, intuition, and self love.
